🌟Radiance and Sequences

Radiances

Radiances are special powers possessed by Starlights that can be used whenever their activation conditions are met. These abilities add strategic depth and can significantly influence the flow of the game.

Radiances come in three categories:

🔒 Permanent Radiance

  • Always active as long as the Starlight is on the field.

  • Does not require activation or triggering.

  • Often provides passive bonuses or continuous effects.

⚡ Activated Radiance

  • Requires a specific action or cost to be used.

  • Can only be activated when its conditions are fulfilled.

  • May be limited to once per turn or have cooldown restrictions.

🔁 Triggered Radiance

  • Automatically activates when a specific event occurs (e.g., taking damage, entering the field, defeating a rival Starlight).

  • Does not require manual activation.

  • May interact with other effects or chain reactions

Sequences.

Sequences are advanced effects that activate only when the skills in your chain are played in a specific color order, as defined by the sequence’s requirements.

🎨 Color-Based Activation

  • Each sequence has a color pattern that must be matched by the skills played in your chain.

  • The order matters—skills must be played in the exact sequence of colors listed for the effect to activate.

✴️ Activating a Sequence

  • Once the correct color order is achieved, you must tap the Starlight performing the sequence to activate it.

  • Some sequences may have additional conditions, such as requiring a specific skill type or rank.

⏳ Performing Order: Sequences and Skills

When you activate a sequence, it enters the stack but must wait until all skill cards are resolved before it can be performed.

🔁 Resolution Priority

  • Sequences are delayed until all active skills in the stack have been completed.

  • If a Skill card is activated while sequences are waiting to be resolved, that skill card is performed before the sequences.

  • - If there are multiple sequences waiting in your stack block, you may resolve them in any order you choose.

  • Radiances have priority 1 and can interrup anything.
