This indicate which starlight can become active or not, when game start all player have R1 unlocked.

Rank Unlocked by Defeating

• Whenever you defeat a rival starlight unlocked rank increase by 1.

Rank Unlocked by Time

• After the first player take 3 turn the next rank is unlocked during the turn change.

• Then the next rank is unlocked after the third end of turn the current active player, and during the turn change.

• Unlock time is reseted whenever the current rank change.

Max Rank "3"

• Maximum unlocked rank is 3.
